Join us for an 1h and 15min of brutal and total destruction. It’s time to tap into the darkness be prepared for it to take over your body and soul. Come out to beat, scream and sweat to unleash your inner beast. Let’s raise hell and salute to the darkness. Feel the burn of hell within your body and let anger, rage, and evil inside of you surface. Stepping away from just yoga but finding metal yoga with metal mantras and blasting metal. You don’t have to be a yogi, but you have to be tough as nails to make it through the class.
Any level of experience are welcome. No need for yoga attire. If there is an old pair of jeans in the closet, throw those on and come out.
