Horns up to all my metal friends in isolation or not!!!! Sunday fun metal yoga with the almighty and brutal Robert or myself Saskia. Raise your horns, dance, laugh, scream, and unleash that lingering beast to your favorite tunes!!!

The session will be apartment and neighbor friendly to some extend! No Yoga Mat is required but it would be awesome if you have one!!!!
